Tumhari Sulu started its journey with a decent opening and maintains it during the weekdays. The film created a lot of buzz because of its trailer and the song Ban Ja Tu Meri Rani, which has been sung by Guru Randhawa. Tumhari Sulu First Week Collection easily crosses Vidya Balan’s Begum Jaan 1st week collection.

The film has overcome the stiff competition from the other box office releases and the positive word of mouth has played the game in the favour of the film.
