The Music although nothing Original, has been topping the charts at BOTY Music. Also, Varun Dhawan has done well at the box office this year with Badrinath ki Dulhania. So Everything is in favor of the movie!

Answer: Judwaa 2 is not a Sequel. It’s a Remake or Re-imagination of the old film. The plotlines for the both movies are similar and so is the director. Both movies have been directed by David Dhawan.

Answer: Original Judwaa released in 1997 and collected around Rs. 15 crores net at the box office. Adjusting Inflation for Ticket Prices and No. of Theaters, its current collection in 2017 comes to Rs. 175-200 crores net. This is a mammoth mark, and its very unlikely that Varun Dhawan starrer would break the 200 crores barrier just yet.
