Synopsis

This Sequel to the 1990 Film continues the story after 25 years, when the protagonist finishes his life sentence and starts leading a normal life, by starting his own Newspaper which is about Truth. But, when the video of his mentor surfaces, Ajay Mehra does all he can to find the murderers and give his mentor the deserved Justice.

Movie Reception

The film earned on a solid note on its opening day and witnessed an excellent growth over the first weekend. The film crossed the mark of Rs. 20 crores in the first three days and also performed well over the weekdays. This took the film to a good total of over Rs. 33 crores in the first week.

Ghayal Once Again was expected to maintain its stronghold in the week 2 but it failed to do so. Hence, the end result is the closure of its journey at the box office with a lifetime total of Rs. 40 crores. It performed well in the overseas which resulted in a worldwide total of over Rs. 70 crores.
