This is a story of a gang leader who has a heart problem and doctor has recommended him to go for a heart transplant. He is unable to find any help from his gang members because of drug and drinking issue. So, he finds a simple and dumb guy who agrees to give his heart. Friends and uncle of donor want to save his heart from the donation.
