Synopsis

Movie Reception

Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi received positive reviews from the critics and it collected an excellent amount on its opening day. The film held well over the first weekend and also fared excellently on the weekdays. Due to its strong-run in the theatres, it set its foundation for its excellent earning in the coming weeks.

In the next few weeks, the movie also collected a humongous amount due to which it's earning in the domestic market settled at Rs. 84 crores. It became the second blockbuster film of SRk in two consecutive years and also turned to be the second highest grosser of that year. Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi also performed excellently in the overseas market and turned out to be the highest grossing Indian film of that year.
