Positive Word of Mouth Would Ensure Growth on Saturday

John Abraham’s film, Parmanu – The Story of Pokhran received positive reviews as well as excellent word of mouth from the audience. The film didn’t get the expected start but it is normally the trend with these types of content films. Earlier, it was expected to just hover around Rs. 4 crores mark but it managed to attract a good number of audience to its theatres. Also, all the previous action films of John Abraham had started their journey at the box office with the similar earning.

Saturday Collection Early Estimates

Due to a positive response from the audience, Parmanu would witness a growth over the first weekend. Although these types of films don’t show humongous growth like masala films, still the film would earn a good amount on its second day. The movie is expected to grow by 35-40% on its second day and Parmanu 2nd day collection would land in the range of Rs. 6.50 – 6.80 crores.

With this much earning, Parmanu would easily take its total over Rs. 10 crores and has an outstanding chance to score an excellent first-weekend collection. The holdover release, Raazi is the only competition for John Abraham‘s film. But since it has completed its two weeks at the box office so there are fewer chances for Parmanu to get affected by the Alia Bhatt’s film. More updates about the film would be made available soon.

Update: Parmanu 2nd Day collection comes out to be Rs. 7.64 crores. The film made an excellent growth of 58% on Saturday and takes its total to Rs. 12.46 crores.
