Judwaa 2 released last Friday with a solid opening and has performed in phenomenal fashion throughout the first week. The film created a lot of buzz before its release through its trailer and hit songs. At the time of its release, Bollywood industry was looking for a solid source of entertainment and the film has managed to satisfy the hunger of the industry.

Varun Dhawan, who is having a huge fan following on the social media, has impressed the audience with his outstanding performance in the comic role. Also, other stars of the film, Jacqueline Fernandes and Taapsee Pannu have done a great piece of work to make the film successful at the box office.

  • Saturday – Rs. 20.55 crores
  • Sunday – Rs. 22.60 crores
  • Monday – Rs. 18 crores
  • Tuesday – Rs. 8.05 crores
  • Wednesday – Rs. 6.72 crores
  • Thursday – Rs. 6.06 crores(Updated)

Total: Rs. 98.08 crores (Expected)

Judwaa 2 is all set to become fourth Rs 100 crores grosser of Varun Dhawan and the other three are Dilwale, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, and ABCD 2. The film has also given a new height to the career of Jacqueline Fernandes and Taapsee Pannu. It has crossed the box office collection of Jacqueline’s five highest grossing films.

The filmmakers have chosen an appropriate date for the film’s release and it has helped the film to collect a handsome sum of money at the box office which takes it first-week collection to a very good total.

So, one can say that the film has delivered an outstanding performance in the first week and has managed to hit the bull’s eye. With the phenomenal performance, it has managed to pump the adequate amount of oxygen in the lungs of an ailing industry.
